1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of physical products only under the following conditions:

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
